Service catalog for repair shops

Name your lifts, stages and work types once. The whole app uses them.

Lifts, stages, work types

Settings holds three lists: Lifts, Stages and Work types. Add the ones your shop really uses and name them the way your team talks.

Lifts and stages become the columns of the board. Work types become the chips on every card.

A colour for each

Open an item with Edit to set its name and pick a colour: grey, red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue or purple. A glance at a card tells you where it stands.

Drag to reorder

Drag items into the order you want. The board columns and the pickers in the record follow that order.

Deleting is safe

Delete takes an item out of the lists, and cars that already have it keep its name. The app will not delete an item while a car in work uses it: move or archive that car first.

Your words, your colours.

Only the owner and admins can change the lists. Everyone else sees the result on the board and in the record.

Questions, answered.

Who can change the lists?

Only the owner and admins. Staff see the lists but cannot change them.

Does each branch have its own lists?

Yes. Lifts, stages and work types are set up per branch.

What happens when I delete a stage that is in use?

If a car in work uses it, the app refuses and asks you to move or archive that car first. Otherwise the item leaves the lists, and cars that had it keep its name.

Can I reorder items?

Yes. Drag them by the handle. The board columns and the pickers follow the order.
