Search and filter

Type a name, phone, plate or model into the search box. Narrow the list by stage, by work type and by a date range. Reset puts everything back.

In work opens on the current week. Change or clear Date from and Date to to find an older car that was never picked up.

Archive when the car is gone

Archive is in the card menu and in the record. An archived record leaves the board and the In work tab and waits in Archive, newest first.

An archived record is read-only: its fields and comments can no longer be changed.

Who changed what

Every record shows who added it and who changed it last, with the times. When a customer calls about an old job, you can see how it went and who handled it.

The table shows the same fields as the card on the board, so there is nothing new to learn.

Archive. Restore.

Owners and admins restore a record from its row menu in the Archive tab, with Restore from archive. If the record's lift, stage or a work type was deleted in the meantime, the app tells you it can't be restored.

Questions, answered.

Can I get an archived record back?

Yes. Owners and admins can restore it from the Archive tab. If its lift, stage or work type has since been deleted, restoring is blocked and the app says so.

What can I search by?

Client name, phone, plate and model, within the branch you are in. You can also filter by stage, work type and dates.

Can I edit an archived record?

No. Archived records are read-only until they are restored.

Why is last month's car not in the list?

The In work tab opens on the current week. Change or clear Date from and Date to to see older records that are still in work.
